I recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone who would like to do a cleanse. It makes you feel much lighter. The only thing is you have to take so many pills for the day. 30 pills is a lot to be taking every day. If you can cut it down, this would be 5 stars. It has really helped me go to the bathroom regularly and I don't feel constipated and bloated. I don't crave sweets and other types of foods I normally would eat. *
