After taking the energy formula, I have had more energy and I have been more focused mentally. I never really thought that a herb or pill could help to make you more focused but this energy supplement does. My only problem with the energy formula is the cost for a 1 month supply but it works. *

These vitamins really grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. Some products you have to wait awhile to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. *
