Let's talk about the glow with my skin that I experienced. It was noticeable by me and others (over zoom at that). I actually felt better and received about a 8.5 lbs weight loss. I was already a vegetarian so the change in diet to raw wasn't as extreme for me. I think not having cold water was the worse part for me but other than that I didn't have any issues with food and the headache for the 1st couple of days (mine was from caffeine withdrawal) goes away. Menstrual Cycle Formula helped a lot. I missed my periods for 2 months. After taking it for a 1-2 weeks my period came back and regulated itself. After that I was pretty inconsistent with the dosage and that messed up the timing but it still came back eventually. I am going to buy more and be more consistent. This is a good alternative to birth control pills. *
