Great products, I have used the 10 day and 20 day cleanses. I really do recommend them for a great feeling and energy - a must try. I lost 7 pounds on the 10 day fb express cleanse and 11 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. I will use quarterly bc there is no harsh bowel movements. The raw diet was the hardest part but I will do it again. Great product! *

I had a heart attack in 2019. I started doing the cleanse as a way to help me stay healthy. I loved it! My skin was smoother and brighter. I did cheat a little and probably ate more fruit than I should have. I also hate raw nuts so I would eat nuts that were honey roasted or something like that. I still ended up losing about 10 pounds. I am about to do the cleanse for about the 3rd or 4th time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the activated charcoal. It can be annoying to handle or manage. It doesn't really have a taste, but I struggle sometimes with the texture. Other than that the pills are easy to swallow (this is big for someone like me) and 10 days is just the right amount of time. *

I completed the 20 day cleanse about two years ago and lost 10 pounds. However, I cheated a little. I decided the 20 days is too long, so I only did three days an I lost 5 pounds. I also was experiencing mucus buildup, and could not seem to clear it up. Still on day 3 and I am releasing mucus. At first I thought it was a cold but I can actually feel the breakdown in my throat and chest. Can't wait for the end result. I will definitely be moving on to the Blood Cleanse, and Mucus Tea. *

I love the smell... it reminds me of Vick's vapor rub that my mother would smear across my chest, throat, face, and back when I was an asthmatic child! The Zen Inhaler does offer a calming effect when I'm trying to relax and go to sleep. I inhale it really deep into both nostrils and hold my breath several seconds. *

The Hunger Control worked very well for me. I decided to get some pills to take after completing the Full Body Cleanse so that I won't go back to eating crazy. The product didn't overly suppress my appetite. It worked better for me when taking the pills on a daily basis. I would recommend it. *

I take Oxy-Oil daily. It has little to no taste. I was worried about taking a spoonful of oil each day - but it’s easy to swallow down. My complexion is generally pretty clear with the occasional breakout, but It seems to work to maintain my clear complexion. Would definitely recommend trying this. *

I took the 9 Bunny Rabbit pills at one time. It made everything much more intense. *
