With no way to gauge if I'm clean on the inside I'll hold off on conjecture. But I lost 20 pounds I feel better and I don't think that my diet would be like the 20 day diet I was on! *

Where do I start, I just finished the Full body cleanse and there is good and disappointments. I started this cleanse hoping to lose weight so I followed every step to the book. On day one I weighed 140 and on day 20 I weighed 140. I don't see how that happened because all I ate was fruits and raw v *
