The book did not have enough details on how to end the cleanse. I only lost 8 lbs. I have tried other cleanses and received better results. *

The Full Body Cleanse did help my blood sugar level decrease. After 20 days I had lost 10 lbs - I was expecting much more due to the sacrificing of sugars, starches and meats. I did not eat nor did I drink anything that needed heat or had to be cooked. I was definitely not satisfied with the weight lose. I even incorporated a daily walking plan along with the change in eating habits. *

The tea tastes good. Unfortunately it didn't help with my bowels. *

I had been using the Hunger Control and I thought I would try the Weight Release. I found that the Hunger Control works better for me. *

I used it for a week straight 2 times a day or whenever I thought I needed it. I don't know if it was just the placebo effect and I thought it was working for the first 2 days. But after that I would still feel myself get anxious in spot. Now I use it here and there and I don't feel any different. *

The Bunny Rabbit Tea isn’t as potent as the capsules in my experience. I also noticed that it doesn’t contain all the same ingredients as the capsule version, which may explain why the effects felt a bit milder. It might still be a good option for someone looking for a gentler alternative, but if you're used to the strength of the capsules, just keep that in mind. *

I've only been taking this for a couple of months. I still get bursts of hot flashes but it's not as intense as before. Hopefully it'll get better in a few more months. *

A friend of mine recommended the Lungs & Respiratory supplements to me and I've only been taking them a little over a week now but my wheezing is completely gone. I do still have a cough. Hopefully with continued use and maybe trying the Sinus/Mucus Formula the cough will be entirely gone as well. Definitely plan to purchase again. *
