I really like the cleanse! The only downside is that you have to take A LOT of pills. Some days I found myself struggling to keep up with the times. I followed the regimen about 90% of the time. Eating raw is really hard but luckily Dherbs have suggested recipes for the Full Body Cleanse. I can for sure see myself doing it again. I felt great afterwards and have no craving for meat. *

I like the regularity that I am getting. I got results from the first time that I used it. I will recommend the Bowel Motion Tea for regular bowel movements. *

I use this Vegan Protein daily and during my 3 time a week workouts, it helps sustain my energy level. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I lost 10 pounds. I really thought I would have lost more weight because before doing the cleanse I have always been a person who eats mostly vegetables, so I was excepting more weight loss. The Cleanse is not difficult to follow, but it has been sometimes frustrating for me not to be able to have eggs or fish. The other benefit for me is that I am not bloated anymore, the activated charcoal is really effective. I would recommend this cleanse to anybody who wants to make a change. *

I really enjoyed the process of using theses herbs, it got me back on track as far as self restraint and controlling what I put in my body. The Full Body Cleanse definitely gave me my strength back and natural energy. My only wish was to go to the bathroom more often, probably because I'm way too backed up.
