I just finished the Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I lost 10 pounds. I really thought I would have lost more weight because before doing the cleanse I have always been a person who eats mostly vegetables, so I was excepting more weight loss. The Cleanse is not difficult to follow, but it has been sometimes frustrating for me not to be able to have eggs or fish. The other benefit for me is that I am not bloated anymore, the activated charcoal is really effective. I would recommend this cleanse to anybody who wants to make a change. *

I purchased the Full Body Cleanse a few months ago. I must say this product gave me more energy and I lost a total of 20 pounds from using it as directed. You have to drink water and take the pills as scheduled. I'm really not a fan of pills but this cleanse works. I will be purchasing again soon. *

I’m 27 years old. The first time it worked like a charm. I took 8 pills at once. My bf was like whooo what’s going on today lolll. But Every time after (I took 8-9 pills just like before) was not like the first. I'm 156 and healthy. I’m not sure why it Could just be me............. try it, you might like it. *
