The Full Body Cleanse overall was great. The 1st three days took some getting use to, with the 1st day being the worst withdrawal day. I didn't loose 20 lbs, but lost some lbs, and inches. Stomach feels less blotted and full. I would recommend the cleanse to others. It is a great kick start. I would love to see a follow up plan and recommendations of vitamin to take after the cleanse. *

I ordered the metabolism booster tea as well as the pills and noticed I have lost inches as well as just a little belly bloat. I can honestly say that the product works well. Would love to try the Full Body Cleanse but its a little pricey right now for me. *

Pros: I lost about 15 pounds with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. I would've lost more but I did not stick "completely " to the raw food diet. I was already vegan but, I don't like uncooked food all the time. However, I did feel very clean, it totally wiped away my unhealthy cravings (which was AMAZING!) and I did have much better mental clarity. Cons: Have to take a lot of pills and eat a completely raw vegan diet. But if you can get past the cons it's a great product and you will see results. *
