I took this product and it worked well for me. I am going to try it again. To see how it works. However, I did know there was a maintenance package that I could have taken after that. I am only looking to lose 10 to 15 pounds and then maintain it. Last time I lost about 5 pounds, but because I really didn't continue the regimen all the way through to the end it was not as effective as I know it could be so this time I am going to try the 10 day again and maintain my diet. I will report back after 10 days. *

I can’t rave enough about the Full Body Cleanse!!!! I’ll be honest; I am not someone who works out a lot/ invests a lot of time into having a very “fit lifestyle.” I heard about the cleanse while listening to the Breakfast Club and saw the cleanse on an episode on Steve Harvey’s Show. I did a little bit more digging and was still skeptical. However, I decided I was going to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. I LOST 11 POUNDS IN 20 DAYS. My exercise routine during this cleanse was very moderate. I did not start working out consistently until my second week. During my first week, I just wanted my body to adjust to the plan. My favorite part about the plan has to be the recipes listed on the website. I can not emphasize how helpful they were. Whenever I hear about a new diet or cleanse, I always think I’m going to be hungry. This was the complete opposite. The meals are so versatile and delicious. My chef ( my awesome daughter) helped me prep/cook my meals throughout the plan, and they were fun and easy to put together. I did not eat unhealthy before the cleanse. The major difference was the absence of meat and dairy. I rarely missed them. *

The Detox Formula is great. I feel very good and light. I thought it would be great to continue to cleanse my body. This is really helping me to stay healthy. I recommend this product. *
