The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen actually released waste daily. I did drop some lbs with this regimen however not as much as I would have like. But not because of the regimen because of me. I lost 10lbs. I know for sure I would have lost more had I followed instructions accordingly. The only downfall I would say is that it absolutely did not curb my sweet tooth which is my weakness, however; the Full Body Cleanse ABSOLUTELY curb my sweet tooth. Idk what nor y. But this is my honest opinion. And yes I would do it again but more discipline is needed. *

Jackrabbit Tea is great! Would be nice to have enough bags to last a whole month. *

The energy tea was pretty good. I was able to tolerate it without having to add any sugar or honey. It took a couple of weeks for me to notice any difference in my energy level. I chose the tea instead of the pill formula because I was able to increase my water intake for the day. *

If you are a person that wants to be healthy, you'll push through the taste. It's worth it. I also like that you can drink the Anti-V Tea hot or cold. Thanks Dherbs! *

Yoni Cleanser did a light flush, which was great because I've been eating too many white foods prior to taking this for about a good month. This affects various areas of the body. After about 3 days, things felt back to normal. Once the 15% discount showed up, I used this with the Uterus tea. Planning on getting the Uterus set. *

I did not see optimum results on the Full Body Cleanse but take the ownership as I did not follow the directives properly. Going to try again with the Weight Release program and will stick to the instructions and post my results! *

I gave the Full Body Cleanse 4 stars because it did help improve my energy. I lost about 10-15 pounds. I followed all of the directions, so I expected to loose more than what I did. Overall, it was a great process. *
