This is a good cleanse because within the first week I saw a difference in my body. However I didn’t finish the course for one reason. I felt that like it was too much pills to take , 600 pills in 20 days I just couldn’t do it. Instead I started taking the colon cleanse and the charcoal at night and I continued eating the suggested way ( raw vegan) . I have lost not only pounds but inches and feels great. All that being said, I will recommend the Full Body Cleanse but with a WARNING about the amount of pills. *

I ordered the Full Body Cleanse and was pleased with the results. It took a little getting used to taking all the capsules but it was not too bad. *

I combined the alkaline pills with Colon & Digestive Tract and Bowel Motion and I must say they worked very well together. I took the Alkaline Formula in the mornings as my ritual and felt good and energized. Will order these together again. *
