If I have abdominal bloat and/or gas from yeast, I reach for the Flora Balance and my stomach is less bloated and goes down within a day or two. I highly recommend this product and prefer it over something I'd find in the drug store. I take it with lemon water and it seems to help. I don't take it every day, but I like to keep some on standby just in case I need it. *
