My teenage son has been struggling with A1C levels in the prediabetic range for the past few years even though we changed diet an exercise regimen. The Full Body Cleanse is easy to follow. This is my third time over the years. Cleansing involves frequent bathroom use so I started over the weekend when I would be able to stay home. It is challenging and requires a lot of willpower for those who are parents and have to cook for their families. I informed mine and tried to cook less frequently but it was still a challenge for me. Overall I’m pleased with how I feel. Today is my last day and I’m 20 lbs lighter. Now that I’ll start reintroducing foods and have more energy, I will incorporate moderate exercise to avoid weight gain and try to remain in a caloric deficit to continue to shed and tone. And I look forward to trying the Dherbs non-FBC recipes. *
