I truly loved this product it helped me maintain the weight I lost and I lost a few more pounds. The maintenance package does exactly what's stated. I was on birth control pills from age 18-37. I had taken one break and had periods that would only come every 2 months. So I got back on them. Then I had to stop at 37 for health reasons and my periods were pretty irregular. (I am also underweight) I have PMS and PMDD and I only take this the week before my period and stop when I get my period.
