I am 20 pounds down and have 5 days to go. Losing weight has always been challenging for me because of crazy work schedules and poor food choices. The Full Body Cleanse is excellent. It cleanses your body and gets rid of impurities. I always had a problem resisting cakes, chocolates, and soda. These days, I just look at those items and feel nothing. Even food, I don't crave anything. I only eat when I am hungry and am able to stop eating when I feel full. I had become an enemy to myself.
