I feel that the Full Body Cleanse is amazing. My sinuses and overall health are better. I lost 10 pounds and have kept it off so far, and I feel better as well. The weight loss could have been better if I had been completely raw, but it was hard for me to do so. My next challenge is to stay on the maintenance program to try to lose more weight. *
