This product works wonderfully. I have tried many cleanses and Full Body Cleanse does not cause stomach cramping. The product comes with step-by-step instructions, so you can't go wrong. The only thing I have a problem with is the charcoal pack. It is not very tasty, but it is charcoal. I have not had any bad reactions from this program and will continue taking it to cleanse my body. Overall, I really like this product, and it works very well for me and my schedule. *

The vegan diet was a little challenging but I didn't give up. I want to do this cleanse every month. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends. I was really concerned about taking so many capsules, but from the first day, I felt energized. The capsules aren't huge, and their encasing made them easy to swallow. I never had any nausea, cramping, or anything from the capsules. I did empty out my system A LOT, and it really helped with my digestion, which was my main reason for even doing the Full Body Cleanse. I ate a variety of raw veggies, raw fruits & veggies, smoothies, NO meat, dairy, or sugar. I thought it was going to be really hard because I LOVE bread and sugar, but it's been 3 weeks since I concluded the cleanse, and I'm still keeping with the "dietary" regimen that I used during the cleanse. Hi I have had a broken foot, I am in the healing process right now. Had a lot of swelling. Nothing I used for the pain and swelling seemed to work, until I started using the Blood and Lymphatic Tea. The swelling went down substantially, less pain in the foot., and circulation is much better. At one point I thought I had blood clot so had to have some test run which came back negative thanks to your tea. Keep up the good work. *
