The capsules were easy to take. The tea was horrible tasting at first, but I got used it. Overall, the parasite cleanse was a good experience. *

If you do not have the time or the patience for a full 20 body cleanse, then you might want to consider this maintenance cleanse as an alternative. It is similar to the Full Body Cleanse and it does provide excellent results, both weight maintaining and cleansing, but it does it in only ten days. If 20 days is too much time, and it can be challenging sometimes, consider the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express. *

Although i am not a big tea drinker, I really do like the black seed and rooibos tea. The name was a little challenging when I was considering the purchase but I am really glad that I took the chance. Although I only drink it periodically, maybe once a week, I really look forward to it as does my wife. We can usually get two steeping cups out of each bag. *

This Full Body Cleanse Companion ebook was very helpful as an augmentation of the related programs. It was nice to have additional information and taking a deeper and closer look at what was involved and what I could expect. Although it is not necessary it is worth the money and time...so take a look. My sense is that it will augment any of the various Dherbs programs that you are considering. *

Sometimes I am not interested nor do I have the time for a full cleanse. When that is the case this 10 day program fits the bill. It is similar to the full cleanse but 1/2 as long and a little more flexible on what you can eat....that last part might just be me. So read the website information and maybe take a leap. It is definitely worth considering. *

Although I am not a tea drinker I do drink the Male Health Tea routinely to get a positive boost when it is needed...it actually works well and as tea goes, it is pretty tasty. I have recommended to several friends and family and they are pretty happy with both the taste and the results. If you are interested in a curb on your appetite, this tea is worth exploring. *
