My husband and I did the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. My husband lost 15lbs and I lost 10lbs. This product really works. The first 2 days were very tough on us, but we pushed through. We felt well overall. I always have issues with bloating and constipation, but I felt so lighter and no bloating after the 2nd day. It's been a week since I did my cleanse, I have not ate meat. I bought the Female Health Tea for my daughter who has irregular periods that last for weeks. This, along with the Menstrual and Uterus teas, has regulated her periods to normal. I highly recommend this tea. Getting her hormones regulated has also helped with weight gain. After drinking these teas regularly, she started loosing weight with no changes in routine. *

I bought the Menstrual Cycle Tea for my daughter who was having a lot of issues with irregular periods that would go for a month or more.
