I became anemic and had low to no energy most days. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. I would bleed so bad that I had to take medicine to stop the bleeding but that medicine made me very irritable and messed with me mentally so I was put on depo but I still bled, my Dr told me the only way this could be cured it to get a hysterectomy in which I refused and stopped the depo as well. My 1st month taking it I drank 2-3 cups of tea a day for the duration of my period, I still bled for 20 days but it was lighter.
