I’ve only been on Blood & Lymphatic for a few days so far but my nervous system is feeling more settled, maybe from the adjustment to my pH and the benefit of some of herbs. Some of them are best taken in the morning though so they don’t disrupt your sleep so all in all, I’m going to start taking it in the morning but all is good so far. *

This nutty butter bar bar is filling. It has a great taste. Surprisingly, it doesn’t taste like peanuts or peanut butter. The flavor is more oatish. They do a good job with making the various seeds mesh into this bar. I like the buttery flavor and the hint of sweet. I will definitely be purchasing again. And I always make sure I freeze them and pull them out as I need them. I can tell a difference in the consistency when they sit out. *
