I purchased 3 of the weight release teas because I drink it everyday. I start my morning of by drinking the weight release tea on an empty stomach. Sometimes I drink it before I go to bed. I don’t add anything to it & it tastes delicious. I have lost weight drinking this tea. I also pair it with the weight release supplement. *

Super Plus Raw Bar is very satisfying as a snack or meal replacement. So delicious! *
