The Full Body Cleanse was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I did follow the diet but did not exercise, so I only lost 9 pounds. However, after the 20 days, was over, I felt lighter and energized. I will continue with my vegan diet and do the weight loss cleanse this time with exercise. I was also able to sleep better on the cleanse. At 55 years old, I felt great. My daughter looked at me two days after the cleanse and said, "You are glowing," I hadn't heard that in years. When I started the Full Body Cleanse, I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. I chose this lung cleanse because I suffer with asthma, breathlessness and fatigue compounded with a lot of mucus. I ordered the Respiratory Cleanse and Regimen with high hopes. I can truly say that on the third day not only had the mucus subsided but I was able to breathe and move around at my normal pace.
