I liked this tea. I would add it to Chinese herbs given by a doctor and it gave a sweet taste that I do feel curbed my desire for something sweet. I think I have 3 tea bags left from the first bag. I'm contemplating buying a few bags to have on hand, literally and figuratively. *

Ok. The description says that it works to LESSEN your cravings for sweets. That wasn't exactly true for me. It didn't just lessen my cravings. It COMPLETELY OBLITERATED my cravings for sweets and I'm a sugar JUNKIE!!! Not anymore thanks to this awesome tea!! *

This product really works. It didn’t taste the best but it's still drinkable. I crave sweets everyday all the time and this took the cravings for sugar away completely after the first 3 days. I had no desire to eat junk food it’s deft a big help if your trying to lose weight or eat healthy. I will be ordering this tea again. *

Going though menopause I had lots of symptom I started eat the wrong foods, hot flashing a lot my doctor told to get rid of the sweet, caffeine, the sugar formula I had been craving sweet and chip all day now about a weeks later my craving stop. I am no longer craving junk food the sugar teas is the best. *

I’ll be honest this is the most bitter tea I’ve ever tasted. I tried it with lemon and not even that helped. With that being said; although the tea is difficult to get down it does what it promises to do. This is a great tea to pair with a cleanse especially during the first couple of days because I notice that’s when my cravings are the strongest. I will keep purchasing and definitely would recommend to others. *
