I used the Full Body Cleanse last month. I can't say I followed it to the letter, but it was extremely effective in helping me improve my overall health. I feel great. I really enjoyed the Vegan Berry Powder Mix. I added with my fruits and veggies when juicing as well as our homemade smoothies.
