Fast delivery, easy program, great results! The Full Body Cleanse is a great program to follow. Eating raw fruits and vegetables for 20 days is pretty good. It gets easy and enjoyable as you continue the program. Dherbs website is full of great info and recipes. I lost 20 pounds when I finished it. I will do it again after vacation in October. *

On July 12, 2021 I accomplished my 10 day Express Cleanse and I am feeling great. The process only works by following the regimen. I was excited to see the scale, 17lbs down as of July 12. I am feeling clean, lighter, energized, no craving of Pepsi soda but more importantly no perimenopause symptoms! My plan is to use every 6 months and I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't refer to my buddies. Get your mind right & get into it...it works. After my 10 day Express Cleanse, I have also purchased the weight release capsule to help me even more. *

This is my 2nd month on the Maintenance package fist of all its only 9 pills to take daily 2 to 3 hrs apart. The first cleanse I have ever completed because of the straightforward program and easy to follow plan. I spent a couple days preparing for the cleanse, searching your recipe site, writing down foods to eat and when and shopping for items to have on hand. I found preparing was half the mental commitment. I had pretty bad gut issues and within a few days saw great results. The combination of the herbs/supplements and dietary changes obviously worked synergistically. I am 5'8" and weigh 130, so I did have to adjust the number of pills I took from 5 to 3 with excellent results. I did lose some weight but it was more fluid type, saw less wrinkles and felt incredibly lighter and my body changed for the better. That was in May and I'm about to start another 10 day cleanse. Side note: Please have an expedited shipping option as 7 days in transit for supplements of any kind is not good! Thanks for your efforts in making this an excellent program. Absolutely delicious. I cannot eat many of the food bars because they are very hard and I wear braces. But this bar is nice and soft. In addition, it has cranberries throughout the bar. Full of cranberries and flavor, absolutely delicious and worth every bite. *
