I used took the Hunger control supplements while I was on my 20 day Full Body Cleanse. They really helped with my appetite and cravings for food as I completed the cleanse. I did not feel hungry and stuck to eating just my salads and drinking the herbal teas. I highly recommend adding them to your cart if you are going to complete the Full Body Cleanse. *

The Yoni Cleanser works, I have ordered it back in January and shared the bottle with my 21 niece who came over my house to visit in April. She told me how she had been to her doctor that week and had cysts growing inside of her so he put her on a lower dose of birth control to stop them. I told her to not take them and use the Yoni supplement instead. She did and last week she called to tell me she saw her doctor last week June and the cysts are all gone! She was amazed!! *

All I can say is Amazing, Amazing! Not only did doing the Full Body Cleanse help with my health issues, but I also lost 25 lbs in the process. The downside is taking so many pills a day, but it was definitely worth it in the end. This has to be my favorite of all of the raw bars. It has such a delicious flavor and is the perfect sweet snack to have while on the cleanse. It's hard to find nutritious things to eat while cleansing, but this definitely hits the spot. If you like mangos, you'll love this! I only wish the bars were much bigger and less expensive. *

I was impressed with the 10 day cleanse. I did the 20 day cleanse before and it works just as good! I would recommend it for people who are not ready to go 20 days - just gradually work your way into it. You will be ready because you prep to go longer and get a better effect. I like the cleanse period. *
