The Full Body Cleanse was amazing. It gave me the best sleep I've had in years. I have a FitBit that measures my sleep and it was the highest it's been since I got my watch. Since I've been off the cleanse, my desire for meat is minimal. The recipes are delicious, making it easy to complete the cleanse. I have incorporated a few breakfast items into my everyday life. I will do the Full Body Cleanse in a few weeks, along with three other coworkers. I would recommend it. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse three times. The last time I did it, I actually got pregnant. I have PCOS and had trouble conceiving for 5 years. Now, I have an 11-month-old beautiful baby girl. I did the Full Body Cleanse for my overall health but ended up getting pregnant, which I haven’t been able to do before doing the cleanse. *
