This is my 2nd month on the Maintenance package fist of all its only 9 pills to take daily 2 to 3 hrs apart. I love not being hungry and the Bowel Motion keeps me feeling not bloated and empty throughout the day along with the DETOX FORMULA and the Alkaline formula helps me maintain my Ph balance. The first cleanse I have ever completed because of the straightforward program and easy to follow plan. I spent a couple days preparing for the cleanse, searching your recipe site, writing down foods to eat and when and shopping for items to have on hand. I found preparing was half the mental commitment. I had pretty bad gut issues and within a few days saw great results. The combination of the herbs/supplements and dietary changes obviously worked synergistically. I am 5'8" and weigh 130, so I did have to adjust the number of pills I took from 5 to 3 with excellent results. I did lose some weight but it was more fluid type, saw less wrinkles and felt incredibly lighter and my body changed for the better. That was in May and I'm about to start another 10 day cleanse. Side note: Please have an expedited shipping option as 7 days in transit for supplements of any kind is not good! Thanks for your efforts in making this an excellent program. Oh yes, my gut stayed on tract even after the cleanse!!! *

I bought this mucus supplement for my daughter because she has a lot of allergies and mucus related issues. She was concerned about taking 3 capsules when I re-assured her she'd be glad she did. Absolutely delicious. I cannot eat many of the food bars because they are very hard and I wear braces. But this bar is nice and soft. In addition, it has cranberries throughout the bar. Full of cranberries and flavor, absolutely delicious and worth every bite. *

Oxy-Oil works wonders for my baby boys skin. I love this product. Thank you so much!
