I swear by this product! I've told co-workers about the Full Body Cleanse who love it. I feel like I get beamed up every time I use it. My trips to the bathroom are more frequent and easier, and I feel like I'm in a better mood. *

At first I was a little worried about not eating cooked foods for the duration of the cleanse but I realized it was not as bad as I thought. After completing the 20 day Full Body Cleanse I was 15 lbs. lighter. I am continuing my new found way of eating where I stay away from dairy and meat products. 100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *
