100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *

I didn't know what to expect when trying the activated charcoal. It looks like it would be disgusting, but it taste fine. Actually the powder really had no taste, so that makes it easy to drink. It's like you're drinking water with coloring in it. Lol. I mixed it in about 8 ozs of bottled water & shook it really good. It does make a mess, so just be careful. *
