I was skeptical, but I tried the Full Body Cleanse. I followed the daily regimen. However I did not start working out until day 14. I actually lost 22 pounds. My coworkers noticed it as well. I have more energy and I dont miss the sweets. Just be careful going back to regular food. I ate a chicken sandwich and it made me sick to my stomach. I guess it was too much too soon. I ordered another round since I have been working out daily. I'm aiming for that 35 lbs next go round. Thank you DHerbs Full Body Cleanse. *

I enjoy the Elderberry Tea but I prefer it hot, it seems a little bitter once it gets cold. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a great cleanse to start my diet. I lost 21 lbs within the 20 days. It was hard to do the raw food diet at first, but you have to keep the diet going, but don't give up! The benefits are great. Also, you will go to the bathroom a lot in the beginning. *
