Thank you Dherbs! The Full Body Cleanse literally rebooted my entire system. I noticed during this pandemic my consumption of sugar was off the charts. Along with menopause it definitely added stubborn weight that refused to leave and made it difficult to practice yoga as it’s mostly body weight moves and my body was heavy! I have lost inches, no longer craving sweets and pastries and also have very little if no desire for meat. I am back to enjoying fish occasionally and now know that jack fruit meals and black bean burgers can be bomb too.
