The Full Body Cleanse is amazing!! I happen to be allergic to raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I ate raw foods as much as I could in the beginning but mid week 2 I had to incorporate cooked vegetables. I still lost over 10lbs and feel great!! My body feels lighter internally and I have a lot more energy. I just feel good all around. I will definitely be doing this cleanse again!! *

I also ate less, and my foods digested faster. I would like to think that this formula assisted my food in turning into energy as my body should naturally perform each day. *

The Bowel Motion Formula is great. It allowed my digestive system to naturally reset in a healthy way. This formula was gentle on my tummy, no cramps or pain at all. Bowel Motion placed me on a regular bowel schedule which was usually early mornings, which I liked because it didn't interfere with my daily schedule. I took the formula at night before bed. *

I really like the Activated charcoal. It really helped my digestive health. I feel lighter. The powder has no taste or smell, it is easy to take with water every evening. *

I hope this is not too much TMI but I noticed right away that my stool is no longer black. I was taking iron tablets and my stool would always be black as a known side effect. I will definitely continue taking the Iron formula. *

I absolutely love this activated charcoal powder. I was hesitant about drinking it because of its color but it’s tasteless and doesn’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth. This charcoal helps regulate my body and it also helps to keep you regular which helps with weight loss. *

Had a wonderful Full Body Cleanse experience. Was initially skeptical as I didn't think I would make it a full 20 days, plus as bad as my cravings for sugar were, I didn't believe there was truly anything that could help me. Boy was I wrong. After 3 days of taking the pills, my cravings greatly subsided. My energy level was high and the raw diet was actually very refreshing. I've had inflammation in my body for quite some time and that went away after about 8 days. I didn't lose a lot of weight (5lbs) but did lose inches and feel great!
