The Colon & Digestive Tract supplement is great. I have major stomach spasms and I tired the 10 day cleanse and realized the Colon pills really help with my stomach issues. I only take them 3 to 4 days a week then rest for a few days and continue with that pattern and its really working well for me. I'm on my 3rd bottle. I highly recommend them.
