Taste was not bad. I was thinking it would nasty like other teas I’ve tried. It was a weird good kind of taste. I didn't need to add honey or anything. It was easy to drink even when it cooled down. I enjoyed that it wasn’t a tea that forced me to stay home and wait for it to work. If there was a bowel movement on the horizon, I would know before and it was not an explosive or hurtful movement. I’m it sure it that’s good or bad but for me it was good. I recommend Weight Release Tea if your are not good at taking a lot of pills. I just couldn’t commit to the pills just yet. But I’ll give them a try eventually. *

I to continue losing weight so I will start the Weight Loss Regimen to achieve my goal to lose an additional 20 lbs. My A1C is lower than when I started and my other goal to stop all my diabetes meds will definitely happen.
