I’ve been using the Thyroid Aid for 2 months. I noticed my energy levels increased; I’m not as sensitive to room temperature changes. I take it because my goiter causes my hormones to be imbalanced. I've only been using the Female Breast formula for a week and by the third day I could see results. My 32A cup breasts became perky and fuller. Haven't gone up in size but I love the appearance and health of my breasts. I will say take these without any other supplements, not even fish oil pills. It's better to take them alone or with a meal, nothing else. You won't be disappointed. *

When I travel my system will be irregular....not enough water because I don't want to keep getting up to use the bathroom on the airplane, don't have my fruit and vegetable routine because my schedule consists of running from meeting to meeting, and of course my circadian rhythm is thrown off because of the extreme time changes, but the bowel motion swoops in like superman and saves the day.
