The Full Body Cleanse helped me not only to cleanse myself but I noticed it made me feel more calm because I felt like I was getting irritated more often and this really helped with that and I also lot 20 pounds!! So I would definitely recommend it if your thinking about trying I would say go for it! The cleanse was amazing! I take the 20 day anti-viral then take a week off then start the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I had a big ol belly. After my whole body cleansed, I can see my abs and slept better at night. Healthy glowing skin as well. 15 lbs of stubborn fat disappeared :) *

This particular cleanse is very good especially if you crave sweets. I've gotten rid of more waste with the ParaWrm Cleanse than the Full Body Cleanse. Black Seed & Rooibos Tea is wonderful. I work in the medical field and see a lot of sick patients during flu season. If I start to feel sick with a scratchy throat, I get this black seed tea right away and start feeling better quickly. *
