This flora balance cleanse was great! I've done the 10 day Full Body Cleanse before and really loved it, and decided to try this one because I kept getting recurrent yeast infections and medication only helped temporarily. The Flora Balance Cleanse did help reset things and provide balance (especially my sugar cravings!). I had more energy, lost weight (wasn't a primary goal but still great), and small things like my scalp health improved. I went back to my normal diet following the cleanse, and paid attention to what triggered bloating and digestive discomfort which helped me identify what behaviors, foods, and habits were contributing to the imbalance. I did have another yeast infection following the cleanse, but I used boric acid suppositories for 2 nights and it cleared up immediately.
