Used the male cleanse after having had success with the 10 day express cleanse. The Male Cleanse is VERY effective. I kept to the schedule and doses laid out in the manual. I lost substantial weight (15+) and noticed improvement in energy (all types). I didn’t go to a complete raw diet but extremely reduced processed sugar, carbs and red meats. I also noticed some clearing of dark skin patches. I combined this men's detox with regular exercise sessions including both weights and cardio. Sessions averaged 35 min. Plan to do again soon. *
