I was pleasantly surprise and well-pleased with the results from Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. I initially thought that it would be hard to stay on this plan for 20 days, but to my surprise it was not. Day 3 for some reason was the hardest, but after that I was okay. I lost 18 pounds even though I cheated a couple of days. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has had problems losing weight or jump-starting their metabolism. Although I am no longer on the cleanse, as a result, I am able to make healthier food choices now.
