I did the 10 full day cleanse and I never felt better afterwards! It was a little tough with the ALL RAW diet but I never felt more healthier in my life. I work out 5 days a week and keep my nutrition clean, I wanted to remove any toxins I had in my system, Afterwards, I wasn't bloated and I felt GREAT!! I want to try the 20 day next! *

I have been using the Bowel motion for my muffin top as an an aging mother 54 year old. I use at night, every night absolutely controls my weight as well as regular movements. I feel heavy and bloated when I do not use for a day. I use with my weight release tea, I feel clean, cleansed takes the toxic feeling out. *

Prior to even considering this challenge, I was a little apprehensive, but I later became convinced after losing a total of 25 pounds and a number of inches. It gave me the accountability necessary to continue the challenge and even the wristband. I still wear the wristband and it gives me the strength to stay away from resorting back to my old habits. *
