I love the Full Body Cleanse. I have to be totally transparent and say that I did not follow the diet plan. I still lost a few pounds and noticed a difference however had I had stuck to the diet plan completely, I would have lost a lot more weight. I am purchasing this product again and plan to stick to it full throttle to get the maximized results. *
