I am not one for dieting but over the past couple of years I’ve gained some weight. I tried the Full Body Cleanse being skeptical but was surprised and very pleased with the results. The raw food diet took some getting used to but once I finished the cleanse I lost 15 lbs. I felt lighter and had more energy.
