I ordered the Full Body Cleanse a couple years back before taking a trip. My husband and I did it together. Although I was a little jealous that it worked better for him, I was still satisfied with my results. I lost 22 lb at the end of my cleanse and he lost 28.5. It was hard in the beginning getting used to not eating whatever I wanted but well worth the trouble in the end. I used to have swollen ankles at least once a week and that stopped and also always felt tired but that to changed. After about the 6th or 7th day I had already felt and saw change in us both.
