I think the Full Body Cleanse was the best product for me. I lost 12 pounds and felt the best overall in a long time. I told all my friends and family about my success and they could all tell the difference it made for me. My plan is to do the cleanse every 4 months. I am on my 15th day of the Full Body Cleanse and I must say it is better and easier than I expected. Felt a wonderful difference within the second day. I thought my biggest challenge would be giving up the chicken and fish (don't eat red meat) but it was easy because I never felt hungry, therefore I didn't miss it. Drinking lots of water makes me feel full before eating and I get to create all these wonderful salads. I feel energetic and exercising more and sleeping better. I definitely notice the disappearance of the Winter weight that I gained. Haven't gotten on the scale to see how much weight I've lost. I'm waiting to complete the 20 days before I get the results. I will definitely order this cleanse again and will try some of the other products. Never in a million years did I think I could ever lead a Vegan lifestyle but your product has shown me that I can.
