I like the Full Body Cleanse very much because I never felt hungry and it is not hard on your system where you are feeling weak. It has been 2 weeks and I still feel cleansed and do not want or crave unhealthy foods. I am well aware of what gives me energy and the benefits of raw fruit and vegetables. *

Bowel Motion works as it says! It stimulates bowel movements with ease. Afterwards I fee lighter and refreshed. I am encouraged to eat more fresh fruits and vegetable in order to prevent re-compaction of bowels. With changing my diet to more fresh fruits and vegetable, I have more frequent bowel movements.
