I made fresh green drinks or smoothies in the mornings, and we would share a scrumptious salad later in the day. We sometimes had raw cashews or walnuts and drank a gallon or more of water each day. From the beginning of the cleanse, we kept a journal to notate our feelings and progress. I kept busy and it went pretty quickly, at the end of the cleanse, I felt like I was 16 again. I'm not over weight, but all the extra's had disappeared. I had so much energy and mental clarity improved. I was doing yoga regularly and walking.everyday. I started the 20 days Full Body Cleanse. Currently on day 10 with good improvement inflammation around knee joint. Don't miss bread or meats. Not sure about the weight loss yet.
