I have suffered from a slow digestive tract all my life. I didn't suffer from constipation so much as just not ever feeling like I had "to go". Then when I finally did, I was in serious pain. I was literally taking a laxative every 3 days just so I could avoid that gut wrenching pain. Then I remembered that I had these colon and digestive tract pills that I had gotten with he full cleanse a year ago. I started taking them, 5 at a time and saw IMMEDIATE relief the next day. I continue to take them 3 at a time now and I have been regular ever since. My life was consumed with "am I going to go?, am I going to be in pain?" every day. This cleanse is magic! I was planning a wedding and in school and started gaining weight. At first the Full Body Cleanse was difficult as I never have been challenged accordingly, but after a couple of days it was smooth sailing. If you don’t like taking a lot of pills then this may not be for you however I will say that you get used to them. Overall I lost 17 lbs! *

The Full Body Cleanse was fantastic. I must admit that it was poor timing on my part because I went on vacation for a week on day 15 on lost my way.
