I wasn't sure that I could do the raw thing for three weeks, but I did and it made a big difference. The herbs were very easy to take and digest. The charcoal drink at night was more difficult to get used to, but it was worth it. I also ordered the detox tea, which is very good. BOY, I couldn't believe the stuff that came out of me! I've lost twenty pounds and my eating habits have completely changed. No more stopping at fast food places to eat. I always have some kind of fruit with me when I'm in my car and, of course, my water. There has been a noticeable change in the way I look and feel. I'm a diabetic so I kept close watch on my blood sugars and my A1C level went from 8.4 to 6.2 in three months. I've already ordered another Full Body Cleanse for myself as well as a family member. The Full Body Cleanse did wonders for me. I stuck to the diet and took the capsules on schedule and I couldn't be happier with the results. Within 3 days I had completely broken my caffeine addiction (coffee), after 5 days my skin was glowing and all blemishes had cleared, the mental clarity gained is itself enough reason to get on board. It is a very strict regimen for the 20 days but you will thank me if you stick it out. I gained energy that I hadn't had since my 20s. At first the raw vegan diet is challenging but after the first week I got creative and found some great recipes and local restaurants to help me through the diet. I lost 8 lbs, and although losing weight was not a concern of mine, it felt great on top of all of the other benefits that I received. I continued to stay on a vegan diet after the cleanse for two months and then fell back into the trap of adding cheese to my meals and some ice cream here and there. I am ready to do the cleanse again and will routinely make it a twice a year priority. *

If having problems sleeping, the Nerve Formula will make you feel good. I used the Nerve Formula just to see if it actually worked due to sleeping issues. Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen is amazing! Mind you I haven't had a fever blister in like 20 YEARS, but during this cleanse I felt a small one sprout up on my lip. It was my body answering the pills and trying to get rid of the virus that was sitting in there dormant. I can't say enough good things about this product. I was slightly bummed when I ran out on my 20th day, so guess what? I'm ordering more! I want to clean house completely. My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse a little over a 2 years ago. I noticed he stopped snoring after 3 days of being on the cleanse. I had been dealing with a spot that had been on my back for over 4 years. I was told it was eczema by three doctors. Unfortunately the creams never worked. I noticed half way through the cleanse the spot was gone. It has been 2 years and it hasn't responded. I also lost about 10 lbs while my husband lost close to 20. Wow! I am currently doing my second 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I love this whole body cleanse.
