I lost 20lbs the first time I used this product and I continue to use the product twice a year for maintenance. I will say that I no longer have a need for coffee in the morning and I don't crave sugar. Sugar is a drug (if you ask me) and that's the hardest part initially on the cleanse. The only downside for me was the number of pills you have to take in one day. *
